Why Be a Beachbody Coach?

Good question!  Someone just asked me this the other day... The answer is simple:

The two main things that caught my eye about beachbody were: The ENERGY and the RESULTS.  The participants and stories were always uplifting and positive and the results were SO obvious.  It made me want that, it made me excited to have that.

So far beachbody has taught me to enjoy being healthy.  Throughout the last few months I've realized that beachbody isn't just about a workout or about shakeology; it's ALL about a lifestyle, a lifestyle I am really enjoying.  Feeling good, having energy, loosing weight, getting toned are all things I'm enjoying.  I have setbacks, of course, but I really am moving forward.  And, to be honest, once you have that feeling, that control, you want to share it with others.  You want others to feel and experience those things too.

It's funny, I was nervous about talking about beachbody at first as an official coach, but now that I've started I JUST CAN'T STOP.  I want to show others that they can get the same results, the same energy, that I've experienced.  I really believe it CAN work for anyone, and I want to be there when it does!  Wouldn't You?

Having a Workout Buddy is Kinda AWESOME

Some Serious Jumping!
And.. Some Serious Resistance
I love LOVE my work out buddy Sierra, who lives only a few houses away (can you say convenient).  Let's face it, sometimes it's hard to push that play button, but having a friend to say: JUST DO IT! does help... A LOT!

Why Beachbody?

Enough was enough!  I had tried to workout and diet SO many times, and while the effort was there, the results weren't.  Something had to change.  That's when I really started looking and asking.  I found that so many were successful through beachbody, they really enjoyed their workout routine but even more that that, they really LOVED seeing RESULTS.  So, I signed up.  As easy as that.  The work has been hard, and there are some days that I take that pesty step back, but I keep pushing forward AND I really am seeing amazing results.  Once you commit and start to see those results for yourself, you will not go back!

3 Keys to Success...

We are all familiar with the phrase "diet and exercise." UGH! I'm sure I'm not the first to wish there was an easier fix, an easier way to look and feel better. And while I can't give you that easy fix, I can give you real, honest, successful tips on how to achieve your fitness and health goals.

1:  Find the right workout program. There are different programs designed for different people with a variety of goals in mind. I personally have found Turbo Fire to be an amazing fit for me, yet some of my closest friends love Insanity. Wherever you are starting, find the right workout!

2:  Shakeology. Getting the right nutrients or fuel for your body is so important. Luckily, Shakeology gives you all the essentials your body needs while helping you curb your sneaky cravings for bad foods!

3:  Participating in a Challenge Group. YES! You need help, you need accountability! Join a challenge group and make your way towards your goals with a few cheerleaders and several new friends.

*Beachbody offers an amazing variety of incredible workouts. Beachbody also created shakeology, which might just be one of the greatest things you will ever drink. If you would like to be part of a Beachbody Fitness Challenge group, please shoot me a message and I will get you more information. It just might be what you need to keep you on track with your fitness goals!

A Little Bit About Me...

I am a 31 year old mother of three living in the sunny Las Vegas area. My husband and I will celebrate our 13th year of marriage this July, while gearing up for his final year of clinical rotations for his Doctor of Physical Therapy. Managing a household keeps me very busy, especially because I teach my children from home, but I'm finding a balance between husband, children, and my own personal adventures.

Currently, I am working on a novel, managing a small business, and dabbling in property management. Most importantly, I push play everyday to work out, which gives my day energy and provides much needed sanity! I'm sure you can relate!
